Student Success Statement "The best recreation is to do good." -William Penn  I think I strongly agree with this statement. I think so because doing good in anything is always the way to go. In many situations we have to choose whether to do the good thing or risk it all and do the wrong thing.

Student Success Statement  "If it is not right, do not do it; if it is not true, do not say it." - Marcus Aurelius I agree with this statement. As shown in the examples all of them chose to do the wrong thing and only got a bad outcome out of it. That's why it's best if you don't do the wrong thing. Doing the right keeps you out of trouble and keeps you on the right track and pathway.

Student Success Statement  "Doing what is right, fair and honorable is more important than winning or losing." - Chick Moorman In my opinion I think this statement is very true. I say this because winning doesn't feel right when you accomplish is unfairly. It's best to just do the right at all times and hope for the best. For example when on a test at school. You've had time to study but you still do not study so you decide to cheat. Later on you get it back with 100% on it. I think you'll most likely not feel as good as if you actually studied and worked for it. I also think only good things come to people who work hard for it and etc.

World War 2

World War 2  World War 2 first started because Germany invaded Poland. Then France and Britain responded by declaring war on Germany. There are many reasons why the war started but mainly was because of Economic issues, Nationalism, The Peace of Paris, and axis powers. World War 2 occurred in many places but mainly were in Europe, East Asia, and islands on the Pacific Ocean. The war first started in September 1939 up until September 1945. Throughout the years on December 7th is when Pearl Harbor occurred. This was when the Japanese bombed the US.

CTR Heroes

CTR HPHS Student Heroes  This story is about two teenage students Hayro and Daniel. They both chose the right by returning a lost belonging to it's rightful owner.  In my opinion what Hayro and Daniel did was very shocking because not many other teens would have done the same. Others would have most likely taken the credit cards and money and just leave the wallet. Although It's good to know that there are still good people out here.
